- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries and reviews in a professional manner.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Implement strategies to improve product rankings and increase sales.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and e-commerce operations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Previous experience in managing Amazon wholesale accounts is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of wholesale and retail business models is a plus.
